Voices Unheard is an EU-funded initiative that helps bring young Roma into decision-making processes. We work alongside institutions, municipalities and the media to make meaningful participation easier in practice.

Integrate young voices
Whether you’re a municipality, school, regional authority or EU institution, we help turn youth participation into practical action. Choose the format that best fits your needs.
Host a Civic Lab consultation
We bring a moderated session of young Roma to your meeting. Young Roma share what works, what doesn’t and what should change - whether you’re working on housing, education, mobility or another local priority.
Co-design local policy
Integrate structured youth participation into your existing planning processes - neighbourhood plans, school policies, anti-discrimination strategies. We provide methods, facilitation and translation.
Join the policy roundtable
Twice a year, decision-makers from partner municipalities meet virtually and in person to share solutions to common challenges. Young Roma participate alongside decision-makers in every discussion.
