Greece is home to Roma communities that continue to face exclusion, discrimination and limited access to equal opportunities. KEAN supports vulnerable children and young people through inclusion, empowerment and human-rights based activities – helping them gain confidence, skills and a stronger public voice.

What we do
Our services
Serbia is home to one of Europe’s largest Roma communities. With approximately 250,000 to 600,000 Roma people living in the country, many young Roma still face barriers to education, housing and meaningful participation in public life.
Promoting Inclusion
We create opportunities for vulnerable young people to participate, belong and become active members of society.
Human Rights Education
We raise awareness of children’s rights, equality, diversity and democratic values through educational and participatory activities.
Preventing Discrimination
We work against exclusion, isolation and discrimination by promoting intercultural dialogue and equal opportunities.
Supporting Vulnerable Youth
We provide empowering, educational and recreational activities for children, young people and vulnerable groups.
Preventing Early Marriage
We support child-centred approaches that help Roma girls and marginalised teenagers understand their rights and shape their own futures.
Building Youth Leadership
We help young people develop confidence, communication skills and leadership capacities through local and European project activities.
